The Senate Executive has made a number of decisions in the past week with regard to course completion and exams.
Beginning on Monday, March 16 all York University classes will move to online formats. No classes will be held in-person. In addition, all in-person exams for the Winter term are cancelled during the formal winter exam period of April 7-25, 2020.
Course Directors are permitted to reduce the number of assignments, and to make changes to the kind and weight of assignments (including tests and examinations) provided the changes do not disadvantage students, and preserve academic integrity and, where relevant, accreditation requirements.
